1. Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Suzan Grup Turizm Gıda Ltd. Şti. 2. Personal data processed

Your full name, phone number, email address, chosen hotel, experience, date and time, number of guests and note/message submitted through the reservation and contact forms; for security purposes, an irreversible hash derived from your IP address and browser information.

3. Purposes

Receiving your reservation request, forwarding it to the relevant hotel spa team and contacting you to finalise it; responding to contact and partnership enquiries; ensuring the security of the website and preventing misuse.

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the legal grounds of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç) and our legitimate interests, provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f).

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared only to fulfil your request with the spa operating at your chosen hotel, our email and hosting service providers and, upon request, authorised public authorities, in line with KVKK Articles 8 and 9.

6. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set out in applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to outcomes of automated analysis and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
